Terms of Use

Roaster Bot is an entertainment app that uses AI to generate humorous “roasts” from photos, screenshots, or text descriptions you provide. Output is intended for comedic and personal use only.

You agree not to use the App to:

• Upload content depicting minors in any roast context.
• Upload content depicting any identifiable person without their consent.
• Generate content that is harassing, defamatory, threatening, or hateful toward a specific person or group.
• Upload nudity, sexual content, or content depicting real-world violence.
• Use the App for stalking, doxxing, or any form of targeted abuse.
• Attempt to bypass the App's safety filters, paywall, or rate limits.

We reserve the right to refuse generation, suspend accounts, or remove Discover posts that violate these rules.

You retain ownership of content you upload. By publishing a roast to Discover, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display it within the App.

You are solely responsible for the content you generate and share. Output is produced by an AI model and may be inaccurate, offensive, or unsuitable for your intended use. Use judgment before sharing.

Premium subscriptions are billed by Apple per the App Store's standard terms. The free trial converts to a paid subscription automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before it ends. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your device.

Refund requests are handled by Apple. We are unable to process refunds directly.

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the output will meet your expectations. Roasts are AI-generated jokes — not advice, fact, or critique.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cortex Lumora is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid to us in the prior 12 months.

We may suspend or terminate access to the App if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
